rainy blues

I love the idea of wearing bright, cheery things on rainy days. It's a simple cure for the gloomies. I know, these photographs don't reflect the weather at all, but one knows that there is always a bit of sunshine through stormy cloud after the rains pass. (Okay, and some bright exposure while editing helps alot too.)
(And that alarming line on my leg is muscle. I know, I'm a scary beast.)

mattress

There's something so clean, so simple and smooth about a single mattress covered with white sheet. (Okay, maybe I'm just making myself feel better about the fact that my bedframe broke a week ago and I've been sleeping on just my mattress this whole time.) But I thought there was an elegance in its simplicity, like the Urban Outfitters Catalog for Winter 2009; there were very lovely pictures featuring a pretty girl and a vintage patterned mattress. This is probably going to be the location for most of my photos for the time being. It is quite breathtaking at daylight.

Roman Holiday

My most favorite place is Italy.

I went there this past summer with my friends. I had a professional photographer* with me as I traipsed through the Tuscan countryside and stumbled on cobblestones in Rome.

Pyjamas

I love my pj bottoms from free people. They go so well with my Ariel robe from Disney Vault.
They make me feel like air... or down-pillows and duvets.

Why not feel pretty when you sleep?

gamine.

I wish I had very long legs. My muscular calves and rock hard thighs are quite efficient but not very graceful. They scare me. I tell myself that I can be a short, little gamine, of course that is what I can do. I adore these beautiful heads, barely there locks of hair. One day I shall have hair (or the lack of) just like these ladies.
(P.S. Can a gamine be vertically challenged?
Or is my vocabulary running off with my tongue again?)
